Office Hours
I schedule my clients by appointment
only. Clerical staff schedule appointments for the
Cordova office. PLEASE INDICATE THE NEED FOR URGENT
SERVICES TO THE SCHEDULING SECRETARY.
Appointments for the Bartlett office
are scheduled by me directly. You may leave a message
at the Cordova location, with the answering service
or call my cell phone and I will return your call
ASAP to schedule your appointment. I will do my very
best to be available to you as much as possible to
meet your individual/family needs. No appointments
may be booked in unscheduled time slots without talking
with me first. Scheduling is handled by the clerical
staff Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until
7:00 p.m.. All staff have signed a confidentiality
statement in order to be under our employment. There
is
clerical coverage for my clients in the Cordova office
on the following days and times. Our phones are rolled
over to the answering service daily at 7:00 p.m..
Please call for cancellations before that time as
the answering service does not take messages or cancel
appointments. The after hours answering service is
for emergency use only. Routine appointments are scheduled
during the following office hours.
Monday 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Bartlett location
Thursday 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. **
**only in emergency situations or by therapist.
Weekend times are for emergency only or at discretion
of the therapist and can only
be scheduled directly with the therapist or through
their emergency insurance carrier.
