EMERGENCY SERVICES:
There will be periods of time when I
am unavailable to take calls or see clients. Specifically,
some holidays, vacation periods, educational training
and times I am out of town. During these periods,
you should contact the needs assessment office of
Lakeside Behavioral Health System for immediate evaluation(2911
Brunswick Road or 377-4700 and ask for NARC), call
911 services or go to your closest emergency room
for immediate attention. The office after hours service
will notify someone on call if they are covering for
my specific cases. Ask them to page someone who can
get back in touch with you. If you do not hear from
the person on call within a reasonable amount of time,
refer to the above resources. You may also try to
call me on my cell phone at 901-832-1804. If I do
not return your call within a few minutes, please
refer to the above instructions for care.
